Admitted to practice law in Georgia and New York, Diane brings a wealth of legal experience and a client-centered approach to her practice.
Diane earned her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School where she not only excelled academically but also played a crucial role as a founding board member and associate editor of the Columbia Journal of Race and the Law. Her commitment to justice was evident early in her career when she served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the Bronx County District Attorney. In this role, she drafted accusatory instruments, briefs, and motions in post-conviction cases, and argued cases before the New York State Appellate Courts.
Building on her experience in criminal law, Diane further honed her skills in civil litigation while working at legal service providers in New York City. Her diverse background equipped her with the tools necessary to navigate complex legal challenges.
